ARC is a tokamak fusion project run by Commonwealth Fusion Systems in United States. It is planned. Like every fusion device built so far, it has produced no net electricity.
What it has actually demonstrated
No hardware. Site selected in Chesterfield County, Virginia; the design follows SPARC.
Intended as the first fusion plant to sell electricity, at 400 MWe. Everything about it depends on SPARC working first.
