Interim Storage Partners
Interim Storage Partners is a USA company active in the nuclear fuel chain as dry_storage.
A joint venture of Waste Control Specialists and Orano, licensed by the NRC in 2021 to store 5,000 tonnes of used fuel in west Texas. Texas prohibited it by law, a court annulled the licence, and the Supreme Court restored it in June 2025 on the ground that the challengers lacked standing. Nothing has been built.
