Le Triomphant class is a nuclear-powered submarine operated by Marine nationale, powered by K15 of about 150 MWt. Operating.

France's current deterrent, four boats, the last launched in 2008. Its K15 reactor runs on low-enriched fuel rather than the weapons-grade cores the American, British and Russian deterrents use, which is the French naval programme's clearest point of difference from the other declared nuclear weapon states.
