TerraPower
TerraPower is a USA company active in the nuclear fuel chain as vendor.
Developer of Natrium, a sodium-cooled fast reactor paired with molten salt heat storage so the plant can follow load without changing reactor power. Founded with backing from Bill Gates. Its first unit at Kemmerer, Wyoming, began non-nuclear construction in 2024. Natrium requires HALEU, and the loss of Russian supply after 2022 delayed the project.
